Our children are grouped by their age; the 1 - 2's, 2 - 3's, 3 - 5's.
The younger children ages 1 - 3 are in adjoining rooms on one side of the nursery and the 3 - 5's the other.
The nursery offers a 'free flow' approach in that the children make choices as to where they would like to play, which toys they play with, when they eat their snacks etc.

Early Years Foundation Stage
Moving between the age groups is done by introducing the children to the next group up with a their key-worker.
We try to move children with one or more of their friends where possible to make the transition as smooth as possible
