  • This is our second experience at Amberley, and we are so pleased with our sons experience. He looks forward to his time at nursery and seeing his friends and staff. Feedback is always positive and if there needs to be support it is to such a high standard. Staff actually seem like they love your child and it’s very comforting knowing your child is in safe nurturing hands. We are very much going to miss the baby room but excited for the next chapter in toddlers. Thank you to everyone at Amberley!

  • You are all superstars. I am sad this is N’s last term. Everyone from baby/toddler/preschool room has been amazing. N has thrived at Amberley. ALL the staff have been incredible, Forest school has been an absolute highlight and we are sad to be leaving at the end of term.

  • We both love the nursery and all the members of staff, it's lovely to see that every staff member knows all the children’s names, even if they aren't predominantly in that room. It's great to see what my child gets up to and also hear about what he has got up to at nursery and hear him talk about his friends.

  • I asked if he could join forest school with them and after some careful thought, consideration and a backup plan in case he didn’t like it, he was allowed to go and has absolutely loved it! I hate when you hear stories of autistic children being left out of school trips etc, really upsets me for obvious reasons but he’s been so lucky to have them looking out for him and including him.

  • I would like to say what a fantastic nursery. Kelcie did not take well to me leaving her but the staff did not give in to her and now she cant wait to get there in a morning. She has just moved up to the big class and we had no problems with her moving over.

  • My little boy started in the baby room at 12 months of age. I always felt secure in the knowledge my baby was safe, secure, contented and fully occupied with the staff and his friends. He still has fond memories of the garden 12 months after leaving!

  • Amberley welcomed my child and I and we always felt part of a community group. We were disappointed when we had to move away as we have never found a nursery that matched the caring attitude and unique atmosphere.

  • I would say Amberley's biggest strength would be the ability to make all the children and parents welcome. This is shared among the community as I heard about the nursery through a friend.

  • Amberley was recommended by a friend and once I had looked around I knew it was where I wanted to send my child. It's biggest strength is the way the children are taught in a loving and welcoming environment and this reflects on the children's behaviour.

  • I have had the pleasure of being a parent at Amberley Nursery since 2002. My oldest three children had a wonderful time at Amberley, and still talk excitedly about all different opportunities they enjoyed. My youngest child has just started at Amberley and I am very pleased with how well he is settling in. The staff at Amberley are amazing, they are caring, friendly and knowledgable. Amberley has a fantastic family atmosphere, it is a real pleasure to be part of that family.

  • I have been a parent at Amberley for many years and never fail to be impressed. The garden is an amazing space for the children to enjoy themselves with many activities, we've enjoyed eating many of the things grown in the allotment area. The fact that the staff all stay for many years means that you get to know them and they know you and your children really well. I will be very sad when my youngest is too old to go to Amberley.
